In DTP, we use Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher, and Serif. We customarily charge $15 per hour for DTP. 

Real Estate Graphics

For the Real Estate Agent, we gladly make graphics from photos and MLS information received by you. We will design the graphic and email a proof in .pdf format for your approval. After you have approved the work, we will send you an invoice. Once paid, we will send you your finished graphic in .pdf format in order for you to send to your chosen printer. (Any additional work requested after you have approved the graphic will result in additional fees.)

All graphics are 8 1/2 x 11 and include one photo of the front of the house, one inset photo, description of the property taken from MLS form, your name and contact information along with your company name and contact information.

We also offer competitive pricing on printing your graphic in color or black and white on our laser printer. We use 28# - 32# paper.
